Upcoming Kenilworth Public Safety Meeting: October 7, 2021

The Louis DeMondo Civic Association encourages Kenilworth residents to attend a Public Safety Meeting that the nonprofit is sponsoring on October 7, 2021, from 5:30-7:30 pm at the Kenilworth Fire Department located at 491 Washington Avenue in Kenilworth, NJ. 

The meeting will focus on public safety topics within the Borough, including neighborhood quality of life, speeding, and street safety patrol. Residents will have an opportunity to share their thoughts and concerns about making the community a safer place to live.   

“I’m proud that the association is sponsoring and helping to raise awareness of this important event in partnership with Borough of Kenilworth, the Kenilworth Police Department, and Kenilworth Fire Department,” Louis DeMondo, President of the Louis DeMondo Civic Association. DeMondo said. “I’m excited to engage with the residents about public safety and to work together to find solutions that address any of their concerns.”

Speakers at the event will include Mayor Linda Karlovitch, Councilwoman Kay Ceceri, Police Chief Soos, Fire Chief Krueger, Rescue Squad Captain Laura Tiemann, and Retired Police & Fire Association Local #3. 

Snacks and refreshments will be provided, and free prize giveaways will be raffled off for all attendees.
